That depends. I would say no. More than half of our closings are mail aways. And sometimes it's just to the seller, sometimes to the buyer and a lot of times it's to both buyers and sellers. It depends upon the comfort level of the transacting parties. We oftentimes just mail the documents, or email them to the parties and they send it back to us. We coordinate all of this up front before the transaction even comes to closing.
